I’ve tried a few different recipes, but this one is my favorite. Think banana bread in a doughnut form.
Baked Banana Doughnuts: Preheat: 350 degrees
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 mashed ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
After doughnuts cool, dip in melted butter before coating with sugar/cinnamon.
I feel better about eating doughnuts when they’re baked and include bananas!
